1. Your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Credits and payments

How credits work

One credit runs one check of a CV against up to three jobs. Credits are used when a check starts. Prices are shown before you pay.

Refunds

3. Using RoleDoctor fairly

Please don't:

• Upload someone else's CV without their permission
• Upload files with malware or hidden instructions meant to manipulate the service
• Try to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer RoleDoctor
• Resell reports or access without our written agreement

4. Your content

You own your CVs, career history and anything you write. You give us permission to process them only to provide RoleDoctor to you. This ends when you delete the content or your account.

You're responsible for making sure what you put on your CV is true.

5. About our reports

Reports are produced with automated tools, including AI, and can contain mistakes. Check suggestions before you use them. RoleDoctor is independent and not affiliated with any employer or applicant tracking system.

6. Liability and legal matters
