Your CV is yours. We use it only to create your reports. We never sell your personal information, and you can delete everything at any time.

When you create an account
Your name, email address and password, or your sign-in details if you use Google.
When you upload a CV or add a job
The CV files you upload, the career facts you confirm, the job descriptions you paste and the reports we create for you.
When you buy credits
Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We receive confirmation of your purchase, not your full card details.
Collected automatically
Basic device, browser and usage information that helps us keep the service working and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To compare your CV with the jobs you add and produce your reports
- To keep your career history and past reports in your account
- To process payments and manage your credits
- To send service emails, such as password resets and receipts
- To send tips, only if you opt in
Instructions hidden inside an uploaded document are treated as text. They are never followed.
4. Security and retention
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded documents are processed in an isolated environment.
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, your CVs, career history and reports are removed within [N] days, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it.
You can delete your account yourself at any time in Account settings. For anything else, email us. If you're in the UK or EEA, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
